Ongoing Website Maintenance: Our monthly webmaster plans are perfect for the individual or small business that has a small site that can benefit from about 8 hours of work each month. We can complete ongoing web related tasks that might be taking your time away from more important business needs. For larger companies, annual contracts for webmaster services work best because they cover a more broad spectrum of needs and hours.
We currently offer a discounted monthly plan for $220/month, which provides for up to 8 hours of work doing anything you need us to do plus hosting of your website. Additional hours of work are billed at only $30/hour. Our normal hourly rate for customers not on a monthly plan is $67/hour.
One Time Website Maintenance: Need a one time update/general walk-thru of your site? Let us handle it for you. This is for clients that need work right away, and know the spectrum of work needed. Website work is $67 an hour. Most types of website maintenance include things such as image replacement, copy insertion/removal, CSS edits, PHP or server fixes, or even whole site walk throughs for optimization.
Emergency Website Maintenance: Our immediate website emergency maintenance is a non refundable $75 + $95/hr first hour fee for emergency/immediate service. This guarantees we will look at your site/issue within the next 15 to 60 mins. This is not for a fix, unless the problem can be fixed within the first hour. You will be billed at $70 per hour after the first hour. This service just puts your emergency at the top of our workload.
